October 6, 2009 Board Meeting Agenda Item #22 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #0500 TO PROVIDE AND/OR INSTALL SIGNAGE Description Bids to 'Provide and/or Install Signage' were received from two vendors on September 1, 2009.  The bids of H & H Signs, Inc., and Municipal Supply & Sign Company were the best low bids meeting the advertised specifications.  This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.  The funds for these purchases are contained in the capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department.       Recommendation That the bids of H & H Signs, Inc., and Municipal Supply & Sign Company, to 'Provide and/or Install Signage' in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00, be approved for award and purchase.
